Helloooo Petworth! You can now find Handmade Habitat soy candles and lovelies at Pleasant Plains Workshop right across from Howard University! 

I'd actually been dying to get to this space for a while anyway. I write a blog called Chocolate City Creatives that does a lot of round ups of creative people and events going on around the city and PPW always has awesome stuff happening. Right now, for example, they have an interactive art exhibit up called Color Me Collaborative by YoungPayne where viewers can come color faces of influential DC creatives as a sort of collaborative and interactive non-traditional art. It's awesome, basically.

And they also have a great shop with lots of locally made products that is now also stocking my soy candles and matchbooks!
